Cofounder: consultant teaching groups how to think about and apply principles of complexity.  AS offers a wide range of practices, applications, and full scale methodologies for innovation, change management, and system transformation.  Co-created and wrote manual on Confluent Communications.  Clients include large international NGOs and complex health care systems.

Visual Practice Service: visual communication conceptualization as well as workshops in using visual practice to aid communication in groups and thinking process. Insight acceleration through visual communication, graphic recording on wall, strategic visioning, creativity services, template design.  Clients include international large NGOs, research organizations, government.  Worked in both small groups of senior leadership and large conference presentations.  Presented at Berlin EU-Viz conference: Graphic Recording and

As sole-proprietor provided high end custom residential projects for both individuals and custom 

provided high end custom residential for both individuals and custom builders/developers. Prior 

starting sole proprietorship gained experience working on institutional projects including private 

club, police station, and museum.  

Gifted and Talented Learning Disabled Network  

A leading volunteer parent organization advocating for twice exceptional students.  Achievements during this time include co-creating popular presentation: How to teach your child self-advocacy, created a new revenue stream, ran speaker series/workshops with 5 annual events,

Member Professional Advisory Board Brainy Camps of Children’s National Medical Center  

2014 to 2017 (Helped design Medical Services Building); Member Montgomery County Public Schools Gifted and Talented Learning Disabled Advisory Board 2008-2014 (Along with Sue Jeweler created “Hints and Tools” for effective advocacy posted on MCPS GTLD website) Board Member and Catalyst at Plexus Institute, non profit providing information about applied complexity. Litigated Pro Se (with Carol Lynn Green Esq.) Terrace Height Cases In Montgomery County and helped draft new law concerning how to measure Height of Building: PR campaign concerning zoning, including positive article on Front page of Washington Post as well as successful education of many reporters resulting in positive reporting, Recognition for public service from Montgomery County Civic Federation (zoning) and as outstanding parent by MCCPTA for advocacy work on behalf of GTLD students.
